A couple of days ago I upload two photos to the web site, and today I went along to the museum looking for my pics. One I found straight away. The other has vanished. It's not availaible under my Ourspace name, nor can I find it on the web site anymore. Could a moderator have removed it? (A sunset over Kapiti Island hardly seems worthy of that!), or could it's attribution have changed? If it's in the database how could I go about searching for it online?

It does appear that your image has been removed during the moderation process, not for any objectionable reasons, but because sunsets are becoming relatively overrepresented in the database. We are after a diverse pool of media that tells stories of this nation and its people, and the quantity of these images is less important than the breadth of perspectives that they portray. We strongly encourage you all to submit more images of New Zealanders and the characteristics and liveliness that make them unique.
